About Perrysburg

Perrysburg is a Wood County town on the south side of the Maumee River, named after Oliver Hazard Perry. The historic downtown runs along Louisiana Avenue down to Front Street at the river, with Fort Meigs sitting on the bluff over the water on West River Road. I-75, State Route 25 (Dixie Highway), and US-20 (Eckel Junction Road) all run through, and the town has spread south past Roachton Road into a wave of newer subdivisions out toward the schools and Levis Commons. From our Delta yard it's about 27 miles southeast. We deliver dumpsters across town, and bulk materials this far out are best picked up at the yard.

Bulk landscape materials in Perrysburg

The material we sell is topsoil and mulch measured by the yard, plus sand and stone sold by the ton. Both the topsoil and the mulch are made on our own ground, so the price isn't padded with freight from some out-of-town supplier.

The big lots in the Belmont and Carrington subdivisions go through a lot of mulch and topsoil every spring, and the established beds near the historic district off Louisiana and Front take fresh mulch year after year. The heavy clay along the river holds water, so a load of clean stone for a drainage line or a French drain is a common fix, and crushed limestone makes a solid base for a driveway or paver patio.

Perrysburg is a bit outside our 25-mile materials delivery range, but you're welcome to pick up at our Delta yard. Bring a truck or trailer and we'll load you. Not sure how much you need? Each material page has a calculator that works it out by length, width, and depth, so call first and we'll square up the amount before you make the drive. A lot of folks rent a dumpster for the old material and order the new stone and mulch in the same call.

Roads and neighborhoods in Perrysburg

Downtown Perrysburg centers on Louisiana Avenue, which runs north to Front Street and the Maumee River, with the historic district holding the brick storefronts and old homes between Front and Indiana. Fort Meigs sits west on River Road above the water, and the Maumee River bridge on State Route 25, the Dixie Highway, carries traffic across to Maumee. I-75 cuts the east side of town, and US-20, known here as Eckel Junction Road, runs out past the interchange. South of Roachton Road the town opens into newer subdivisions, Belmont Country Club and Belmont Farms, Carrington, Eckel Trace, Hull Prairie, Three Meadows, and Riverbend, built out near the high school and the shops at Levis Commons off US-20. Tell us your cross streets when you call and we'll plan placement so the box sits clean and the truck has room to pull out.

Perrysburg questions, answered

Do you deliver dumpsters to Perrysburg?

Yes. We run all five roll-off sizes into Perrysburg from our Delta yard. Tell us the address and what you're clearing and we'll get you a flat, all-in price.

Can the dumpster go on my driveway in Perrysburg?

Usually yes. On a new driveway or a hot day we'll set boards under it so it doesn't mark the surface, and we place it where you want it. The older streets off Louisiana and Front near the river run tighter, so send a photo if you're not sure it'll fit.

Do you deliver mulch, topsoil, and stone to Perrysburg?

Perrysburg is a bit outside our 25-mile materials delivery range, but you're welcome to pick up at our Delta yard. Bring a truck or trailer and we'll load you. Mulch and topsoil are sold by the cubic yard, sand and stone by the ton.

How much mulch or stone do I need?

Get the length, width, and depth of the bed and feed them into the calculator on each material page for a working estimate. Since you're picking up, call us with that figure first and we'll nail down the amount before you make the drive out.

Can I pick up materials at the yard instead of having them delivered to Perrysburg?

Yes, and for Perrysburg that's the way to go on materials. Bring a truck or trailer to our Delta yard and we'll load topsoil, mulch, sand, or stone. We make our own topsoil and mulch, so it's not trucked in from out of the area.

How long do I get to keep the dumpster in Perrysburg?

The standard rental runs 10 days. If your project south of Roachton or a remodel in the historic district runs long, extra days are just $10 a day, so keep it as long as you need.

Can I book a Perrysburg dumpster online or do I have to call?

You can book a dumpster online by picking your size and dates, or call the yard at (419) 825-5956 and we'll set it up. Materials are call-to-order only, so if you want stone or mulch for pickup too, give us a ring and we'll square up both in one call.
