Contractor dumpster rental near Toledo
We keep your crew on schedule. We drop the box before the tear-off starts and swap it when it's full, so your guys aren't waiting on a truck. We serve the Toledo region and southeast Michigan out of our Delta yard.
We work with roofing and demo crews every week. They order ahead, we show up on time, and the box is there before they start. When it fills, we swap it. A crew waiting on a dumpster is wasting time. We make sure that doesn't happen. Sizing a tear-off? Our roofing dumpster calculator gives you the weight and the right box in seconds.
We deliver when we say we will. If we promise the box before your crew starts, it will be there.
What contractors get
Order ahead to get on the schedule. Most crews call a week out with the jobsite and start date, and we drop the box before tear-off begins. We move fast to get boxes on-site when your crew needs them. If you need multiple boxes, we swap the full one for an empty so your crew keeps working. We place the box where you want it, set boards under it on new driveways or hot days, and protect your yard. Here is who we serve:
- Roofing crews on tear-offs and re-roofs
- Demo crews on interior and full tear-downs
- Remodelers running multiple jobs at once
- Builders clearing a lot or finishing out
- Concrete and flatwork crews hauling broken slab
- Property crews on cleanouts and turnovers
If you run jobs week after week, tell us how you work when you call. We will make sure the boxes are there when your crews arrive.
Pick the right size for the job
We run five roll-off sizes to match your job. Roofing and demo debris is heavy, so watch the weight, not just the volume. Our 40-yard box carries the most but has a 9-ton limit. Shingles, plaster, and concrete hit that limit quickly. Tell us what you are tearing off and we will recommend the right size.
Set up a job
We set up contractor jobs by phone to get the size, site, and start date right. Call the yard to get on the schedule.
Contractor questions
How far ahead should I order for a job?
Many crews order a week out so the box is set before tear-off starts. Tell us your job and start date when you call, and we will schedule it.
Which size do roofing and demo crews use?
It depends on the job. We run five roll-off sizes, from a 10 to a 40. Roofing and demo debris is heavy, so a 40 hits its 9-ton limit quickly. Tell us what you are tearing off and we will find the right box.
Can you swap the box out when it's full?
Yes. If one box cannot hold the whole job, we will swap the full one for an empty so your crew keeps moving. Let us know when you order so we can plan the swap.
Will you tear up the yard or the driveway?
No. We place the box where you want it and we do not tear up your yard. On a new driveway or a hot day, we set boards under it to protect the surface.
What area do you cover?
We serve the Toledo region and southeast Michigan out of our Delta yard. If you are not sure your jobsite is in our range, call and ask.
How long can a contractor keep the dumpster on a job?
Our standard rental runs 10 days, which covers most tear-offs and demo jobs. If your job runs long, extra days are $10 a day, so tell us your timeline when you order and we will keep the box on site as long as you need it.
Is there anything a roofing or demo crew can't throw in the box?
Roofing shingles, plaster, framing, and broken concrete are all fine. What we can't take is hazardous waste, batteries, tires, and asbestos, so keep those off the load and call us if you are not sure about a material.
