Dumpster rental
What sizes of dumpster do you rent?
We rent 10, 15, 20, 30, and 40-yard roll-offs. The 10-yard fits small cleanouts. The 40-yard handles large demolition jobs. See all sizes and dimensions on the dumpster rental page.
How much does a dumpster cost?
Prices start at $295 for the 10-yard and go up to $600 for the 40-yard. Each size page shows the current rate. You can book online right there.
How do I rent a dumpster?
Order online on any dumpster size page. Or call or text the yard at (419) 825-5956 and we will set it up.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Rentals last 10 days. Extra days cost $10 a day for the 10 and 15-yard, $12 for the 20, $15 for the 30, and $20 for the 40. Tell us your start date when booking, and we will schedule pickup. To keep it longer, let us know when you book or during the job.
Where can the dumpster go?
We usually drop dumpsters on the driveway. On a new driveway or a hot day, we set boards underneath to protect the surface. We put the box exactly where you want it. Just keep the path clear of low wires and branches.
Do you put boards down under the dumpster?
Yes. We set boards on request, on new driveways, or on hot days. This keeps the box from marking the surface.
What can't go in the dumpster?
We do not take hazardous waste, batteries, tires, or asbestos. If you are unsure about an item, check the acceptable items list or ask us when you order.
What about weight limits?
Weight limits: 10-yard holds 2 tons, 15-yard holds 4 tons, 20-yard holds 5 tons, 30-yard holds 7 tons, and 40-yard holds 9 tons. Our limits run higher than most local yards. Concrete and shingles are heavy. Tell us if you are loading dense materials, and we will discuss weight limits before delivery.
Do you deliver to my town?
We deliver dumpsters across the Toledo area and SE Michigan from our Delta yard. Check the service areas page to find your town.
Landscape materials
What materials do you sell?
We load topsoil, mulch, sand, stone, gravel, and river rock. We make our own topsoil and mulch right at our yard. See the materials page for the full list.
Are materials sold by the yard or the ton?
Mulch and topsoil sell by the cubic yard. Sand and stone sell by the ton. If you are not sure what you need, call us and we will figure it out.
Do you deliver materials?
Yes. We deliver within about 25 miles of Delta. You can also pick up materials at our yard with your truck or trailer.
How do I order materials?
You must call to order materials. Call the yard at (419) 825-5956 and we will schedule your delivery.
How much material do I need?
Measure your length, width, and depth, then use the calculator on any material page. Once you have the total, call us to order.
The yard and getting in touch
Where are you located?
The yard is at 7520 County Rd. 5-2, Delta, OH 43515. That's where we make our topsoil and mulch, and where you can pick up materials.

What's your service area?
We serve the Toledo region and SE Michigan. We deliver dumpsters across the entire area, and deliver materials within about 25 miles of our Delta yard.
Are you open in winter?
From December through March, we operate by appointment only. Call us before you head to the yard.
Do you take walk-ins at the yard?
Call ahead, especially in winter. Bring your truck or trailer, and we will load the materials for you.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Just clear the path. Tell us where to drop the dumpster or materials, and we will handle the rest.
Can I rent a dumpster and order materials at the same time?
Yes. This is common for landscaping projects. Book your dumpster online, then call the yard to add topsoil, mulch, or stone to your order.
