30 yard dumpster rental
A big box for bulky debris. Six feet tall, with room for about 10 pickup loads. This is the size contractors keep for the week. We deliver across the Toledo area from our Delta yard.
Book your 30-yard
Order online or call the yard to set it up. The standard rental is 10 days. Extra days cost $15 a day. If a load runs heavy, we'll go over any weight and overage with you before delivery, not after.

The 30-yard is our high-volume box. At 6 feet tall, it holds bulky debris that smaller boxes cannot. Crews keep this size on site for full builds. Note two things: you need overhead clearance for low wires and branches, and you will throw debris over taller walls. It is the size contractors use most.
Where we place it
We usually drop it on the driveway. On a fresh driveway or a hot day, we set boards underneath to protect the surface. We put it where you want it. The truck needs 60 feet of clear space to drop and pick up the box. Because the 30-yard is tall, look out for low wires and branches. Send us a photo if you are unsure of the fit.
Weight and what goes in
Our weight allowances are high, but dense materials like concrete, shingles, or wet drywall will hit the weight limit before the box is full. Do not fill all six feet with heavy material. Tell us if your load will be heavy when you order. We will go over the weight limits and overage fees before we deliver.
We take most construction, demolition, and bulky household debris. We do not accept hazardous waste, batteries, tires, or asbestos. Ask us if you are unsure.
30 yard dumpster questions
What are the dimensions of a 30 yard dumpster?
Our 30-yard roll-off is 22 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6 feet high. It holds about 10 pickup loads. Contractors use this size for additions, full remodels, and new construction.
Do I need overhead clearance for a 30 yard dumpster?
Yes. At 6 feet tall, the 30-yard is higher than our other boxes. The drop spot must be clear of low wires and branches. You will also toss debris over taller walls, so choose a spot with working room on all sides.
What can I put in a 30 yard dumpster?
We take most construction, demolition, and bulky household debris. We do not accept hazardous waste, batteries, tires, or asbestos. Ask us when you call if you are not sure.
How much does a 30 yard dumpster cost?
Pricing starts at $500 for a 10-day rental. Extra days are $15 a day. The weight limit is 7 tons. Concrete or shingles can affect the price, so tell us if you have a heavy load when you order.
Is a 30 yard dumpster big enough for a roof tear-off?
For most roof tear-offs, yes. The 30-yard is a size a lot of our roofers keep on site for the week. Shingles are heavy, though, so tell us it is a tear-off when you order and we will make sure the box fits the job.
How much room does the truck need to drop a 30 yard dumpster?
We need a clear, fairly level spot with room for the truck to back in, plus overhead clearance since the 30-yard stands 6 feet tall. Watch for low wires and branches. We place it exactly where you want it and keep the truck off the lawn.
