Whitehouse is still building out, so a lot of the dumpster work is new-construction debris in the subdivisions, alongside remodels on the older village homes. The size you want depends on the job. Heavy material like concrete, brick, and old plaster fills a small box by weight before it fills it by volume, while framing scrap and a subdivision new-build eat up room fast.
The 10-yard is built for weight, sized for a bathroom or single-room remodel or a heavy load of concrete, brick, and dirt. The 15 and 20-yard are the everyday remodel sizes, good for a kitchen tear-out, a flooring or drywall job, or a single-layer roof on one of the older village homes. The 30 and 40-yard handle full-house cleanouts and the new-construction debris out in the subdivisions where the framing scrap and packaging pile up bulky and light.

Heading east, SR-64 becomes Waterville Street and carries the traffic toward Waterville and the Maumee, passing the Blue Creek Recreation Area and Nona France Park near the edge of town. The Wabash Cannonball Trail crosses on the old rail line and runs west into Maumee State Forest and the Oak Openings Preserve, so the lots out that way back up to woods and sand. The older blocks near the village center sit on shorter drives, while the newer subdivisions like Birch Pointe Farms off Weckerly Road and Finzel Road have wider lots and roomier approaches. No liquids, tires, batteries, paint, or hazardous waste. Concrete, brick, and dirt are fine but heavy, so those go in the 10-yard. Check the acceptable items list or call and we'll tell you what works for your load.
Our sizes run from $315 for the 10-yard up to $620 for the 40-yard, with the 15, 20, and 30-yard in between.
