Maumee runs old and new at the same time, the settled river-town homes around Uptown on one side and the newer builds out toward the interchange on the other, and the size you want depends on what you're clearing. Heavy debris like concrete, brick, and old plaster fills a small box by weight before it fills it by volume, while a deck tear-out or an office cleanout eats up room fast.
The 10-yard is built for weight, sized for a bathroom or single-room remodel or a heavy load of concrete, brick, and dirt. The 15 and 20-yard are the everyday remodel sizes, good for a kitchen tear-out, a flooring or drywall job, or a single-layer roof on one of the older homes. The 30-yard takes full-house cleanouts and bigger remodels, and the 40-yard is for new construction and contractor builds out by the US-23 interchange where the debris is bulky and light.

The older homes around Uptown off Conant Street and the lots down toward the river on West Wayne and the West River Road side have shorter, tighter driveways with mature trees close in. The newer subdivisions south toward Fallen Timbers and the US-23 interchange have long approaches with plenty of room, so any size sets down clean.
On a fresh driveway or a hot day we set boards under the box so the steel doesn't mark the surface, and we put it where you want it instead of dropping it at the curb. The river streets off Gibbs and the older blocks are worth a heads up. When you're not sure the box and the truck have room, send a photo with your cross streets and we'll plan the drop.
The jobs we see most in Maumee are roof tear-offs and kitchen or bath remodels on the older river-town homes, garage and basement cleanouts when a place changes hands, and contractor containers parked for the week on the newer builds out by the interchange. Storefront and office cleanouts come up around the Uptown businesses, and shed and deck demos pick up through the warmer months.
Uptown Maumee centers on Conant Street, State Route 25, with the brick storefronts running north toward the river bridge. The Anthony Wayne Trail, US-24, cuts through on its way to Toledo, and West River Road follows the Maumee past Side Cut Metropark and the old canal locks. At the south end, US-23 and I-475 cross near Fallen Timbers and the open-air Shops at Fallen Timbers on Main Street and Jerome Road. We run boxes through the older blocks off West Wayne and Gibbs and the newer subdivisions south of the Trail, and into the towns around it: Monclova, Perrysburg, Holland, and Waterville.

No liquids, tires, batteries, paint, or hazardous waste. Concrete, brick, and dirt are fine but heavy, so those go in the 10-yard. Check the acceptable items list or call and we'll tell you what works for your load.
Our roll-offs run from $315 for the 10-yard up to $620 for the 40-yard, with the 15, 20, and 30-yard sizes in between. Maumee is inside our delivery range from Delta, so there's no out-of-town freight charge. Ten days is standard and extra days are $10 a day if your job runs long.
