What we bring to Monclova

About Monclova

Monclova is an unincorporated township, not a city, so there's no downtown in the usual sense. The community of Monclova sits at the center of the township, with Monclova Road running from Coder on the east to Albon on the west, and the township offices on Albon Road. US-24 and Waterville-Monclova Road carry most of the through traffic, tying the area to Maumee and Whitehouse. It's a farm-to-suburb stretch of central Lucas County, with working fields giving way to newer subdivisions like Stoney Creek, Blystone Valley, and the Waterside lakes, and most of the kids go to Anthony Wayne schools. From our Delta yard it's about 18 miles southeast.

Dumpster rental in Monclova

We run all five roll-off sizes into Monclova Township. The 10-yard suits a bathroom remodel or a heavy load of concrete and dirt, the 15 and 20-yard handle a kitchen tear-out, flooring job, or a roof, and the 30 and 40-yard are for whole-house cleanouts and contractor builds.

Placement in Monclova is mostly easy. The newer homes in Stoney Creek, Blystone Valley, and the Waterside developments have wide driveways and long approaches, so any size box fits with room to pull out. The older farmhouses and properties along Monclova Road and Albon often have gravel drives and plenty of yard to work with. On a fresh driveway or a hot day we'll set boards under the box so it doesn't mark the surface, and we put it where you want it. If you're not sure about the spot, send a photo when you call.

The jobs we see most around Monclova are new-build cleanup and contractor containers parked through the week on the subdivisions still going up, roof tear-offs and kitchen or bath remodels on the established homes, and garage and barn cleanouts on the older township parcels. Deck and shed demos come up through the warmer months.

Bulk landscape materials in Monclova

For the landscape side, topsoil and mulch go by the cubic yard and sand and stone by the ton. The topsoil and mulch are made right at our own yard, which keeps the trucking cost off your order.

A lot of the homes in Monclova are new enough that the yard is still coming together, which means topsoil to grade and seed a fresh lawn and mulch to fill out beds the builder left bare. Out on the farm-to-suburb parcels, limestone base and clean stone come in handy for gravel drives, pads, and drainage where the flat ground holds water. Decorative river rock dresses up the newer landscapes around the Waterside lakes and the subdivisions off Waterville-Monclova Road.

Monclova sits within our 25-mile delivery range, so we deliver materials right to your address in the township, or you can run a truck or trailer out to our Delta yard and we'll load you. Not sure how much you need? Each material page has a calculator that works it out by length, width, and depth. A lot of folks finishing a new build rent a dumpster for the construction scraps and order topsoil and mulch in the same call.

Roads and neighborhoods in Monclova

Monclova has no incorporated downtown, so the township runs on its roads. Monclova Road is the spine, stretching from Coder Road on the east to Albon Road on the west, where the township administration offices sit. US-24 cuts across the area toward Maumee, and Waterville-Monclova Road links the south end down toward Waterville. The newer growth clusters in subdivisions like Stoney Creek off Moonlit Pass, Blystone Valley near Black and Stitt roads, and the Waterside community with its man-made lakes, while Fallen Timbers Battlefield and the older farm parcels keep the rural character on the edges. Most of the area falls in the Anthony Wayne school district. Tell us your cross streets when you call and we'll plan placement so the box sits clean and the truck has room to pull out.

Monclova questions, answered

Do you deliver dumpsters to Monclova?

Yes. We run all five roll-off sizes into Monclova Township from our Delta yard. Tell us the address off Monclova Road, Albon, or one of the new subdivisions and what you're clearing, and we'll line up a drop.

Can the dumpster go on my driveway in Monclova?

Usually yes. The newer homes in Stoney Creek, Blystone Valley, and the Waterside developments have wide driveways with room to spare. On a fresh driveway or a hot day we'll set boards under the box so it doesn't mark the surface, and we put it where you want it.

Do you deliver mulch, topsoil, and stone to Monclova?

Yes. We deliver materials right to Monclova, or you can pick up at our Delta yard. Mulch and topsoil are sold by the cubic yard, sand and stone by the ton.

How much mulch or stone do I need?

Run a tape over the bed for length, width, and depth, then drop those numbers into the calculator on the material page to get a ballpark. Give us a call after and we'll firm it up.

Can I pick up materials at the yard instead of having them delivered to Monclova?

Yes. Bring a truck or trailer to our Delta yard and we'll load you, or we'll run a delivery out to your address in the township. Either way works.

How long can I keep a dumpster in Monclova, and what does it cost?

Every rental runs 10 days standard, which covers most remodels and new-build cleanups out in Stoney Creek or along Monclova Road. If your job runs long, extra days are just $10 a day. Pricing runs from $295 for the 10-yard up to $600 for the 40-yard, and you can book a size and dates online or call the yard.

What can't go in the dumpster for my Monclova project?

We can't take hazardous waste, batteries, tires, or asbestos, so keep those out of the box. Everything else from a roof tear-off, kitchen gut, or garage and barn cleanout is fine. Our weight limits are generous, higher than most, so a heavy load of shingles or concrete won't be a problem.
