The 30-yard takes full-house cleanouts and flood-outs where a lower level has to come out to the studs, and the 40-yard is for contractor builds on the west side where the debris is bulky and light.

Riverview Avenue leads west out to Ritter Park and the riverfront, the Campbell's plant sits across the Maumee from downtown, and the neighborhoods spread out from there, the family streets on the west side and the ranches and early-1900s homes south of the river.
